Scalpers
Direct feed screening plants that make a single product. Some models, such as the 107T, have conveyors under the screen to stockpile the finished product. Other models, such as the 107D, 77C and the Scalper 55D (Tiger Screen®), allow the product to pass right onto the ground. The finished product is then hauled away by the loader immediately after processing.
Conventional
Screening plants that consist of a feed hopper with grizzly, an optional shredder, a main conveyor and a screen (shaker or trommel). These machines have enough engine horsepower to run extra stacking conveyors for stockpiling material. They also can be equipped with spray bars for wash setups.
Spyders
Self contained machines that have all the elements of conventional machines with the addition of attached conveyors to stockpile finished products. The conveyors all fold up to allow the machine to be transported down the road.
