Radial Stacking Conveyors

Conveyors allow material to be stockpiled in large tonnages away from The Screen Machine.  Additionally, tires on the conveyors can be swiveled so that the conveyor can create large, semicircular piles.  Conveyors are available in many belt widths (18”, 24”, 30” & 36”) and in many lengths (30’, 40’, 50’, 60’ & 80’).

Conversion Kits -

Each stacking conveyor requires a corresponding conversion kit on the screening plant.  Each kit provides the hydraulics and control for one additional peripheral machine to be run from the main plant.

Shredders-

Typically used in soil applications, shredders are available on all Conventional Screen Machines and Spyders.  Shredders are the high speed hammermills that break up dirt clumps in topsoil applications.  This free swinging blade hammermill allows rock to pass without harming the shredder by means of spring loaded baffles.  Shredders can be hydraulically raised out of the way when not in use or for maintenance purposes.

Spray Bars -

This is the piping system added to apply water to a shaker screen.  They are used in applications where fines are required to be rinsed from the raw material for proper separation and sizing.  Spray bars can be added to any shaker screen of any conventional Screen Machine.

Remote Grizzly -

This is a self dumping feature that allows an operator to clear the grizzly above the hopper when it becomes clogged with material by means of remote control.  This feature is standard on the Developer and Spyder models.  It is optional on the Producer model.
