Structural Strength

The screening plant’s structural strength is critical. Screening plants see heavy use, wear and tear, during normal operations. The structure must be able to handle these situations. The Screen Machine® extensively gussets and pads critical joints utilizes Grade 80 and T-1 material and uses enough quantity steel to withstand the punishment.

Serviceability

The Screen Machine® designs all of its products to be very service friendly. This video demonstrates how the screen can be lowered to the ground for easy service. You will find this particular function on the Developer and Producer models. This is only one example of our machine’s serviceability. Just ask us for the details on the particular machine that you are interested. Engines

The engine is the single most expensive and important part of your screening plant. The Screen Machine® uses plenty of horsepower with premiere brands such as Caterpillar®, Yanmar® and Cummins®.

Pulleys and Idlers

The Screen Machine®features Precision® and Dodge® lagged head pulleys and 5” diameter Goodman® idlers. All Machines have rubber disc return idlers and many have self aligning idlers. Can the competition say the same?

Hydraulic Hoses and Fittings

The Screen Machine® uses only American standard size hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings. These are easily replaceable if you should ever need to replace one.

Bearings and Reducers

The Screen Machine® uses Dodge®, Rexnord®, Jones® and Browning® bearings on all screening plants. We also use Dodge®, Falk® and Funk® gear reducers. All of these are high quality, off the shelf, premium brand names.

Speed and Cost of Replacing Parts

All machines break, that is a fact of life. When a screening plant is down due to a worn out or broken part, the speed of obtaining a replacement part is urgent. The Screen Machine®’s parts are standard off-the-shelf components that can be purchased almost anywhere. You can get a Screen Machine® part faster and cheaper than the competition. Challenge us and we will prove it to you!
